Ben Gensert
Co-Founder & TechnicianAfter graduating high school in 2001, I worked for a custom harvest crew for two years and attended the University of Northwestern Ohio for ag mechanics. I've been working on ag equipment since 2003 and am proficient across all areas of ag equipment repair. I especially enjoy working on Flagship combines and skid loaders.
I've worked in several areas of a dealership, from technician to management, which prepared me to start Red Ridge Repair.
Luke Wells
Co-Founder & TechnicianI was raised on a farm and have had a passion for it from the start. I went to Ohio State ATI for hydraulics and power equipment, and I bring 12 years of experience in the industry with a strong passion for diagnostics and component rebuilding.
Belinda Jeffries
Parts SpecialistI started in the AG business in 2015 as a service writer for the shop, handling warranties, billing, and payroll for 4 years. I moved to the parts department, starting as a parts specialist and then promoted to parts manager. I was in charge of handling day-to-day orders, dealer-to-dealer orders, and inventory management. I am excited to continue these same responsibilities for Red Ridge Repair!
